Adaptive behavior Assessment System-2nd "ABAS-II" is a parent, teacher, or caregiver questionnaire performed from birth- 89 years that lasts 10-20 minutes and assesses adaptive functioning in three areas conceptual, social, and practical, and 10 adaptive skills. Two of the five rating forms are appropriate for early assessment: The parent/ primary Caregiver Form (0-5 years) and the Teacher/Daycare provider Form (2-5 years).
