• Child Behavior Checklist 11/2-5 years "CBCL" is a parent questionnaire that last 10-20 minutes performed between 18 months - 5 years where parents rate 99 questions and describe problems, disabilities, and what concerns them the most. Questions cover the following: emotional reactiveness, withdrawal, anxiety/depression, attention problems, somatic complaints, and aggressive behaviors. 

• Behavior Assessment System for Children-Third Edition "BASC-3" is a parent and teacher questionnaires that lasts 10-30 minutes performed between the ages of 2- 21 years, 11 months to help implement treatment plans by facilitating a differential diagnosis and educational clarification through examining emotional and behavioral difficulties.

• Early Childhood Behavioral Questionnaire "ECBQ" is a parent questionnaire that lasts 10-20 minutes and  performed between 18- 36 months to assess temperament in toddlers through 16 categories.
